HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker women's soccer team will be the first of a homecoming week double-header on Thursday (Oct. 4), when they play a Conference Carolinas match against visiting Barton College. Live broadcast and video coverage of the game is available at www.cokercobras.com.
Coker is coming off a tough 2-0 loss against Lees-McRae, and is looking to bounce back on home turf. The Cobras are 2-2 in front of a home crowd, with nearly 72-percent (8-of-11) of the seasons goals scored at home.
Barton College pulled out a tight 1-0 victory against King, and are currently sitting at 3-5 overall. The Bulldogs are 2-3 in the conference, and have an away record of 1-3.
The match is scheduled to kick-off at 4:30 p.m. at the Coker Soccer Field.
