HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The first ever Coker College “Auction to Action” is now online! That’s right you can now begin bidding on auction items online through BiddingForGood.com. Currently, only a few of the items are available including an authentic game worn autographed Michael Jordan Jersey, an autographed Tony Romo game ball, an autographed Felix Jones game ball and autographed Eli Manning Ole Miss jersey. There will be more items added, so check back often.

Baseball: March 10
HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker baseball team was unable to come away with a win on Wednesday afternoon in a rain soaked game against Alderson-Broaddus College losing 11-10. The Cobras led 9-4 entering the fourth inning, but were shut down by the Battlers reliever Ronnie Whitt and the A-B bats came alive giving the Battlers the eventual win.

Golf (M): March 9
WILSON, N.C. – The Coker golf team dropped four strokes and improved one spot to finish in a tie for fourth place at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Barton Intercollegiate Golf Tournament on Tuesday afternoon. The Cobras tied fellow Conference Carolinas opponent, Queens University of Charlotte, for fourth place with a team score of 592 (+16). Taking home the team title was Flagler College, followed by Barton College and then UNC-Pembroke.

Tennis (W): March 9
WILSON, N.C. – The Lady Cobras tennis team fell to the Barton Lady Bulldogs in Conference Carolinas women’s tennis action 7-2 on Tuesday. The loss drops Coker to 2-7 overall and 0-3 in conference play.
