ANDERSON, S.C. – The Cobra men’s tennis team fell to No. 24 ranked Anderson University 9-0 on Saturday afternoon in a Conference Carolinas men’s tennis match. The loss brings the Cobras’ record to 1-9 on the year and 1-5 in conference play.

Coker’s best shot at a win came in doubles play as the No. 1 pair for the Cobras Evan Schreiner (Seneca, S.C.) and Rick Vliegen (Landgraaf, Holland) lost 8-5.

The Cobras will now prepare for their next match on Thursday, April 1, when they travel to Banner Elk, N.C. to take on Lees-McRae College in a conference match starting at noon.
