Coker Moves to No. 7 in Southeast Region

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker College baseball team moved up two spots to No. 7 in the latest National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association poll. The Cobras had been ninth the previous two weeks of the Southeast region.

For the season Kondla is batting .447 – tops on the team – to go along with a homer, eight doubles and 20 RBIs. He's also scored 19 times and stolen nine bases.

The Cobras are in action today at home against the University of West Georgia. They play a two-game set Tuesday and Wednesday, with each game beginning at 3 p.m.
