Coker College Women’s Volleyball Adds West

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – Michelle West (Georgetown, S.C.) has agreed to play women’s volleyball for Coker College.

West comes from Georgetown High School. She can play two different positions – the right side and the middle. Head coach Todd Caughlin said she will contribute from both spots.

“We are excited about Michelle coming to our program,” Caughlin said. “She’s going to bring a physical presence to the floor and raise the level of competition within the team at multiple positions.”

An honor roll student and member of the National Honor Society, West plans to major in biology at Coker.

West is the daughter of Ricky and Julie West.
