Coker Outlasts UNC Pembroke in Final Midweek of the Season

HARTSVILLE, S.C. - The Coker University baseball team scored early and often, then held off a late push from UNC Pembroke to secure a 12-10 non-conference victory on Tuesday night at Tom J. New Field at Dave Schmotzer Stadium in the final midweek contest of the season.
The Cobras erupted for 10 runs over the first four innings, highlighted by a six-run fourth inning in which they batted around.
With the win, Coker completed the season sweep of UNC Pembroke after also earning a road victory over the Braves back in March.
