Bittner Named to SAC All-Freshman Team

ROCK HILL, S.C. – Coker freshman outside hitter Addie Bittner has been named to the South Atlantic Conference All-Freshman Team, the league office announced Thursday afternoon.
Bittner, a native of Cassatt, S.C., turned in an impressive first collegiate season, finishing with 248 kills, 379 digs, 25 total blocks, and 27 service aces. Her all-around play helped guide the Cobras to their first SAC Tournament appearance since 2017.
The standout newcomer recorded 11 matches with double-digit kills, including a stretch of eight straight. She posted a career-high 18 kills in Coker's five-set win over Catawba on Sept. 30.
