Coker Women Deliver All-Around Performance at Davidson
DAVIDSON, N.C. – The Coker women's track & field team delivered an outstanding all-around performance at the Davidson meet, with strong showings in both sprint and field events.
The Cobras saw impact performances across the board, highlighted by personal bests and conference-level marks.
In the field events,Anna Luzzi led the way in the javelin with a throw of 33.69 meters, finishing eighth overall and ranking second in the SAC.
On the track, Coker's sprinters continued to impress. Sydney Watson posted a time of 12.19 in the 100-meter dash to finish sixth, while Diamond Bailey recorded a personal best of 12.79.
In the 200-meter dash, Patience Lisbon placed ninth with a time of 25.31, while Larissa Thames notched a personal record of 26.54, improving by one second.
The 4x400-meter relay team added a season-best time of 4:03, highlighting the team's continued progress.
