HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Cobras came out of the gate flying in this match as they opened the scoring in the 5th minute of the game. Ella Wilke played a wonderful through ball into the path of Grace Sykes, leaving her 1v1 with the Mars Hill goalkeeper, where she buried the ball into the goal, giving the goalie no chance of saving the shot.
- In the 14th minute, Shannan Delany doubled the Cobras' lead off of an Ella Wilke assist to score her first goal for the Coker Cobras.
- Coker dominated for the rest of the game but couldn't find an opening to the frame.
- Mars Hill had a few good looks at goal, but Rhyan Parkin came to the Cobras' rescue both times to keep the clean sheet.
