HARTSVILLE, S.C.- On one of the first cool and crisp evenings the state of South Carolina has felt in a while, the Coker College women's soccer team fell to UNC Pembroke 4-0 Monday (Sept. 4) night at the Coker Athletic Field.
Seven different Cobras put a foot on the ball with shots on goal with six of them being on target.
Coker's goal keeper, Samantha Hoffman held a great stand in the goal on the evening. Hoffman, a true freshman, had nine saves on the night.
Coker will be back in action on Wednesday (Sept. 6) playing host to Converse College. The game is slated for a 7pm start at the Coker Athletic Field.
