Coker splits duels at the Coker/UNCP Tri-Meet

• Mason Moody (125) started the Cobras off with a quick 6 points as he won by forfeit.
• Stephen Spitko (133) had the best day on the mat as he defeated his opponent in a Fall in 1:33.
• Frank Bianco (141)had a close match all the way to the end, but he was able to win 3 points for the team after a quick takedown in Sudden Victory 1.
• James Gonzalez (149) won his match by forfeit.
• Zachary Russo (157) defeated his opponent in a dominant decision, winning 9-2 after 3 rounds.
• Benjamin Newton (184) had a very close match ending in a score of 3-1 that earned the Cobras another 3 points on the day.
• Brody Switzer (197) won by decision with a score of 10-3. Switzer had the move of the day on the mats after slamming his opponent to get his 10th point.
• Garret Tyre (285) finished the day for the Cobras with a 4-3 decision, securing the win for the Cobras.
