Cobras Drop Crucial SAC Game to Bears
The Coker women's basketball team dropped a pivotal SAC game to the Bears of Lenoir-Rhyne on Wednesday (Feb. 25) night.

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker women's basketball team fell to the Bears of Lenoir-Rhyne, 68-42, on Wednesday (Feb. 25) night in South Atlantic Conference action.
Coker would never get past its slow start and the Bears would capitalize on it, shooting 51-percent from the field in route to a SAC victory.
Tanesha Stenson led the Cobra offense with 16 points and nine rebounds, while Hailey Yohn added seven points and seven rebounds.
The Cobras will conclude their regular season schedule on Saturday (Feb. 28), as they play host to the Tusculum College Pioneers in SAC competition. The game is slated for a 2 p.m. start.
