Previous to Coker: Lucca had an impressive athletic career at Neuse Christian Academy High School, particularly in soccer. He played for the Lions and achieved several notable accomplishments during his time there. In the 2021-2022 season, Lucca's team, the Lions, were crowned Conference Champions in Raleigh. This achievement highlights their success and dominance in their conference during that year. Lucca's individual performance on the soccer field also earned him recognition. He was named to the All-Conference team for both the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 seasons. This recognition indicates that Lucca was among the top players in his conference during those years. Furthermore, Lucca's exceptional skills and contributions to the sport led to his selection for the All-American team in the 2021-2022 season by the NCSSA (North Carolina Scholastic Soccer Association). Being chosen for the All-American team is a prestigious honor and signifies Lucca's outstanding abilities as a soccer player. Apart from his athletic achievements, Lucca also excelled academically. He was named to the honor roll for the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 academic years, indicating his commitment to his studies and his ability to maintain high academic standards while participating in sports.
