Hartsville, SC - The Cobras were upended tonight by one of the best teams in both the SAC and all of Division II Men's Lacrosse in the form of the Newberry Wolves.

How It Happened
A 4-0 run opened up the scoring for the Wolves before Ford got on the board with his first goal. After another run by Newberry (7-0) extended their lead, Ford got in the scoring column yet again to end the drought. At the start of the second half, Newberry struck first, but Ford made it three on the day with a third-period hat-trick to cut into the lead a bit. The last goal of the day for either team was scored by the Cobras, with Forehand scoring in an acrobatic finish during a man-up opportunity. Unfortunately, it was the Cobras taking the loss here at home this evening when it was all said and done.
