SALISBURY, N.C. – The eight-seeded Coker University baseball team's run in the South Atlantic Conference Tournament came to an end on Sunday afternoon, falling to top-seeded and sixth-ranked Catawba, 10-0, at Newman Stadium.
The Cobras reached the final day of the Catawba Bracket after picking up back-to-back elimination game victories on Saturday, however, they were unable to carry that momentum into Sunday's contest against a nationally ranked Catawba squad.
