Twenty Five Cobras Participating In Summer League Baseball, Mack Coaching
Jaylen Mack is coaching for the Morehead City Marlins, while 25 Cobras are playing this summer.
HARTSVILLE, SC. - 25 Cobras will participate in summer league baseball over the course of the next two months to gear up for the 2025-26 season. In addition to these 25 players playing, recent graduate Jaylen Mack is coaching for the Morehead City Marlins out of the Coastal Plain League.
In total, 11 returners Luke Alford, Leighton Bost Jr., Campbell Denton, Gavin Edens, Zach Johnson, Luke Keller, Aiden Perry, Justin Skinnell, Michael Terribile, Wyatt Tucker, and Graham Whittle will participate in summer leagues, with 14 newcomers Peter Adams, Davis Berger, Xander Davis, Ben Filler, Chase Gieser, Adam Lipcsey, Matthew Lipcsey, Luke Miller, Joshua Parson, Justin Salvati, Aaron Slep, Anthoney Smith, Michael Surane, and Jamarcus Williams playing as well.
Jaylen Mack is serving as an assistant coach for the Morehead City Marlins in the Coastal Plain League. The Marlins, who are located in Morehead City, NC. finished last season 4th in the East Division with a record of 25-21, and are off to a 4-4 start to this season. He serves as the teams hitting coach for the summer.
