Duo of Sison and Barrier Selected to Compete in NCATA National Championship
The duo will take the mat on Sunday, April 26, at the Felix Events Center in Azusa, California, on the campus of Azusa Pacific University. The event finals will be broadcast live on ESPN+ and will begin at 1 PM eastern time.
AZUSA, Calif. - Senior Olivia Sison and junior Anna Kate Barrier of the Coker University acrobatics & tumbling team are set to compete in the tumbling duo pass at the National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association (NCATA) Event Finals during the 2026 National Championships.
The duo will take the mat on Sunday, April 26, at the Felix Events Center in Azusa, Calif., on the campus of Azusa Pacific University. The event finals will be broadcast live on ESPN+ and will begin at 1 PM eastern time.
Sison and Barrier have been a consistent force for the Cobras this season, helping Coker post an average score of 9.000 in the event, including a season-best mark of 9.400. The pair enters the national stage with momentum after capturing the Conference Carolinas title in duo tumbling this past weekend with a score of 9.200.
