Wrestling

• This week’s matches:
  • Friday – Saturday at NCAA Division II National Championship in Sioux Falls, S.D.

• This week senior Austin Akins travels to Sioux Falls, S.D. to represent the Cobras at the NCAA Division II National Championship. The 285-pounder will take the mat in the opening round of the tournament against Jacob Mitchell of Colorado State Pueblo.

Men’s Volleyball

• This week’s games:

• Last week’s games:
  • Lees-McRae (W) – 3-0 (25-16, 25-18, 25-18)
  • Erskine (L) – 3-1 (22-25, 23-25, 25-23, 16-25)
  • Alderson-Broaddus (W) – 3-0 (25-19, 25-22, 25-23)
• Last week, the Cobras went 2-1 at the Coker Invitational Tournament, defeating Lees-McRae and Alderson-Broaddus.

Baseball

• This week’s games:
  • Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. (A) – UNC Pembroke
  • Thursday at 12:00 p.m. (A) – Bluefield State
  • Saturday at 12:00 p.m. (A) – Seton Hill (DH)
  • Sunday at 1:00 p.m. (A) – Seton Hill
• Last week’s games:
  • Anderson – 9-3 (L), 16-14 (W), 9-5 (W)
• The Cobra baseball team took two of three from Anderson to improve to 4-2 in SAC play. This week they will hit the road for a five game road trip. They will travel to UNC Pembroke on Wednesday and to Bluefield State on Thursday. They will then wrap-up the trip with a three-game series at Seton Hill on Saturday and Sunday.

Men’s and Women’s Tennis

• This week’s matches:
  • Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. (H) – Young Harris
  • Thursday at 2:00 p.m. (A) – Lincoln Memorial
  • Friday at 1:00 p.m. (A) – Carson-Newman
• Last week’s matches:
  • Georgia College – Women – 9-0 (L), Men – 9-0 (L)
  • Lenoir-Rhyne – Women – 5-4 (W), Men – 6-3 (W)
• The Coker men’s and women’s tennis teams both defeated Lenoir-Rhyne in SAC action last week. This week they will welcome Young Harris to town for a pair of non-conference matches on Tuesday. They will then hit the road for two SAC matches at Lincoln Memorial and Carson-Newman on Thursday and Friday.

Softball

• This week’s games:
  • Saturday at 2:00 p.m. (A) – Limestone (DH)
  • Sunday at 2:00 p.m. (A) – Augusta (DH)
• Last week’s games:
  • #13 North Georgia – 9-0 (L) – 6 innings
  • UVA Wise – 9-8 (L)
  • UVA Wise – 5-2 (L)
  • #13 North Georgia – 1-0 (L) – 9 innings
• The Cobra softball team will continue its eight game road swing this week when they travel to Limestone and Saturday and to Augusta University on Sunday.  

Men's Lacrosse

• This week’s games:
  • Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. (A) – Saint Leo
  • Saturday at 4:00 p.m. (H) – Brevard
• Last week’s games:
  • No. 18 Lynn (L) – 14-9
  • Lenoir-Rhyne (L) – 22-9
• The Coker men's lacrosse team will be back in action on Tuesday at Saint Leo and then they will be back home on Saturday against Brevard.

Men’s and Women’s Track & Field

• This week’s meets:
  • Friday-Saturday at 10:00 a.m. (A) – Coastal Carolina Invitational
• Last week’s meets:
  • UNCP Braves Classic
  • Battle at the Beach
• Last week the Cobras had two outstanding showings at the Braves Classic and the Battle at the Beach. At the Braves Classic Briana Nixon set a new Coker record and a track record in the 400m with a time of 1:00.19. As a team the Cobras brought home 30 top-10 finishes at the meet. This week the Cobras will head to Coastal Carolina for the Coastal Carolina Invitational on Friday and Saturday.

Women's Lacrosse

• This week’s games:
  • Monday at 2:00 p.m. (A) – Truett-McConnell
  • Thursday at 1:00 p.m. (H) – Lees-McRae
  • Saturday at 2:00 p.m. (H) – Brevard
• Last week’s games:
  • Lenoir-Rhyne (L) – 13-2
• The Coker women's lacrosse team wraps up their two game road trip on Monday at Truett-McConnell. They will then return home for their home opener on Thursday against Lees-McRae and they will then be back at home for a SAC game on Saturday against Brevard.

Men’s Golf
