2012-13 Individual Stats

2012-13: Nelson played in all 27 games this season, leading the team in scoring with an average of 17.2 points per game.  He scored in double-digits in 22 games this season, including a 34 point performance against Erskine (1/3) to help fuel the Cobras to a 79-74 victory.  He was named second team All-Conference, and was the team MVP. 

2011-12 Individual Stats

2011-12: Nelson played in all 27 games for the Cobras during the 2011-12 season. He was named the Team MVP thanks to a team leading 14 points per game and 4.9 rebounds per game. He scored in double figures in 20 games, scoring a season and career high 26 points against North Greenville (2/4). He recorded one double-double against Morris (1/30) with 20 points and 10 rebounds.

2010-11: Nelson played in 22 games for Coker and started once. His 2010-11 season earned him 43 points, three steals, and a total of 14 rebounds.

High School: Played high school basketball for the Dutch Fork Silver Foxes averaging 15 points and six rebounds. He was also a member of the Vic Sims All-Stars.

Personal: Son of Nina and Lloyd Nelson...he has two sisters, Nakia and Jayde.
