Bio
2012: Posted his best 8k time of the year at the Winthrop Invitational with a time of 36:58. Lyon also set a personal record in the 5k race with a time of 21:21.
High School: A standout player at Catholic Central, Lyon was named Defensive Player of the Year in 2011 and 2012. He was also a member of the Lethbridge Volleyball Club that was the Silver Medalist at Provincials.
Personal: Son of Leslie and James Lyon...he has four siblings, Kyle, Courtney, Cassidy and Kaylee. Cooper is also a member of Coker's men's volleyball team.
