LAKELAND, Fla.- John Bretton (Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.), Keith LaClair (Lindenhurst, N.Y.) and Steven Marciano (Shirley, N.Y.) scored two goals apiece in the Coker lacrosse team's 16-6 loss to Florida Southern on Saturday.
LaClair also handed out two assists, while Timothy Smith (Commack, N.Y.) had an assist as well.
Josh Masciarelli (Binghamton, N.Y.) made 12 saves in the goal.
The Cobras will be back on the field on Sunday when they take on Saint Leo College in their second game of their Florida road trip. Game time is set for 1:30 p.m.
