2012-13: Meyer had a spectacular year on the mound as he led the Cobra pitching staff with 90 strikeouts in 109.2 innings of work.  The senior pitched in 24 games with 18 starts and finished the year with a record of 8-4.  His biggest performance came when he pitched a complete game on just two days rest against the No. 5 seeded Georgia College, leading the Cobras to a 7-2 victory to give Coker their first ever trip to the NCAA DII Baseball National Championship.  His performance in this game was good enough for the regional tournament MVP honors.  Meyer was also selected to the All-Conference second team, Conference Carolinas All-Tournament team, and the NCAA Southeast Region All-Tournament team.  He was also the Conference Carolinas Player of the Week, and the NCBWA Southeast Region Pitcher of the Week on 4/23/13.

2011-12 Individual Stats

2011-12: Meyer made 15 appearnaces, starting 11 games in 2012. He was the team leader in ERA and complete games. He finished the year with a record of 6-5, posting a 3.24 ERA in 75 innings with 49 strikeouts and eight complete games. He had a season high seven strikeouts against Anderson (2/11) and he threw a complete game shut out against Pfeiffer (3/10).

2010-11: Meyer had 12 appearances for Coker last season, six of those were starts.  Dan posted a record of 0-4 with a 4.93 ERA over 34.2 innings.  He struck out 31 hitters and held opponents to a .296 average against.

2009-10: Meyer made nine appearances during the season, including one start.  Meyer posted a 1-1 record with a 12.27 ERA, while striking out 10 hitters over 11 innings.

High School: Was an All-League selection in 2008 and an All-Conference selection in 2009 at Seaford High School.

Personal: Son of Eileen and Carl Meyer...he has one brother Chris.
