Sharod Williams joined the Coker staff in June of 2014, serving as the assistant sports information director. Williams will also serve as the advisor for the Coker Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).
Originally from Miami, Fla., Williams is a 2013 Coker graduate and former all-conference men’s basketball player for the Cobras. Williams is fourth on the school’s all-time rebounding list with 508 career boards and he shares multiple records at Coker including; the most rebounds in a game (19) and season (249). Williams was also chosen as a participant in the 2013 “State Farm Dark Horse Dunker" competition.
Williams holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in physical education and sport studies with a concentration in sport communication and is currently completing a Master’s of Science degree in college athletic administration here at Coker.
