|Title:||Fundraising Officer for Athletics|
Beetch joined the Coker staff in June of 2012. Originally from Palmer, Alaska, Beetch was a member of Phi Beta Lambda and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Coker College in 2010. Following graduation he worked in retail and later as a trader for Guardian Building Products of Greenville, S.C.
At Coker College, Beetch was a four-year starter for the Cobra’s soccer team and served as the team’s community services leader. As part of his service to Cobra Athletics, Beetch helped with the Athlete Auction, which raised support for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and participated in Coker’s S-O-U-P-E-R Bowl, a local food drive. He was also a member of Coker's first ever Conference Carolinas Championship soccer team in 2009.
The Coker College Office of Institutional Advancement works to establish and cultivate individual, corporate and foundational support for Coker College. In Beetch’s new role within the department, he will have leadership responsibilities for the Cobra Club, the Parents Council, and the College’s young alumni giving programs. He will also provide assistance with social media initiatives, employee giving programs and various new and existing affinity programs.
