4th Annual Cobra Club Golf Outing

Have you signed up your team for the 4th Annual Cobra Club Golf Outing? If not, spots are filling up fast. Register online here. The outing will take place at the Hartsville Country Club on Friday, Oct. 10.

2014 Taste of Coker

Get your tickets now for the 2014 Taste of Coker on Monday, Oct. 13 from 6-8 p.m. Tickets are $15 each, $25 for a couple or $40 for a family. If you want to purchase tickets or are interested in cooking at the Taste of Coker, call 843-383-8073 or email

Women’s Soccer

  • This week’s matches:

    • Thursday at 7:00 p.m. (A)- Clayton State

    • Saturday at 2:00 p.m. (A)- Young Harris

  • The Cobra women will begin the 2014 season with a pair of matches against opponents from the Peach Belt Conference, both on the road. Their first match will be at Clayton State on Thursday at 7 p.m. The last time the Cobras and the Lakers squared off the Cobras won the match 3-1 at home in 2012. The women will then travel to Young Harris on Saturday at 2 p.m. This will be the first meeting between the Cobras and the Lions since 2011.

Men’s Soccer

  • This week’s matches:

    • Thursday at 7:00 p.m. (H)- Emmanuel College

    • Saturday at 7:00 p.m. (H)- Florida Tech

  • To open the 2014-15 season, the Coker men will host a pair of non-conference matches. The Cobras will face Emmanuel College in their opening match on Thursday at 7 p.m. This will be the first ever match against Emmanuel. They will then play host to Florida Tech on Saturday at 7 p.m. The men are 2-1 against Florida Tech in their last three meetings.

Women’s Volleyball

  • This week’s matches:

    • Friday- Saturday at North Greenville Tournament in Tigerville, S.C.

      • Friday at 3:00 p.m. (A)- St. Andrews

      • Friday at 5:00 p.m. (A)- Columbia College

      • Saturday at 10:00 a.m. (A)- Clark Atlanta

      • Saturday at 2:00 p.m. (A)- North Greenville

  • The women’s volleyball team opens its 2014 campaign on the road at the North Greenville University Tournament in Tigerville, S.C. The Cobras will play four matches over two days against non-conference opponents. On Friday, the women will take on St. Andrews in their first match and then in their second match the Cobras will take on the Fighting Koalas of Columbia College. Saturday’s matches will pit the Cobras against Clark Atlanta University and against the tournament host North Greenville.

Men’s & Women’s Cross Country

  • This week’s meet:

    • Friday at Eye Opener in Spartanburg, S.C.

  • Both the men’s and women’s cross country teams open their 2014 seasons at the Eye Opener in Spartanburg, S.C. on Friday. Under the direction of first-year head coach Benny Morgan, the Cobras are looking forward to getting the season off a great start.

Women’s Golf

  • This week’s tournament:

    • Saturday-Sunday at Smoky Mountain Intercollegiate in Sevierville, Tenn.

  • The women’s golf team will tee-off for its first tournament of the fall on Saturday and Sunday at the Smoky Mountain Intercollegiate hosted by Carson-Newman. Coming off a second place finish at the 2014 SAC Women’s Golf Championship, the Cobras are poised for another successful
